Thank you for selecting SUR-RON USA. We appreciate that you are considering or have purchased the fantastic things we offer! We want to make sure you’re satisfied and have a pleasant overall experience after purchasing our products.

Most orders ship within one to two business days if received before 3 p.m. Bicycles can take up to four business days to ship. If you requested extra equipment to be fitted on your bike, it may take an additional day or two to prepare your bike for shipping. We ship as quickly as possible, but certain orders may have small delays. Your bike will be transported as FedEx freight from our Florida warehouse, meaning it will be handled by a larger truck than your typical little package delivery truck. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Policy

All Surron shipments will require a delivery appointment, so please ensure that you have provided the correct e-mail and phone number so that our Freight carrier can organize your delivery! SUR-RON USA kindly provides liftgate services to those who require them;

We ship freight four times per week, so when you place an order and receive an order confirmation, it will ship between 1-3 business days, depending on when the purchase was placed. Shipping insurance will be handled by the client, not SUR-RON USA.

We ship to all 50 US states as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. Please contact us to find out if shipping can be provided for your region or nation. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-4 days for orders within the United States and 6-8 days for international purchases, depending on your geographic region.

We now only send lithium batteries to the continental United States, Canada, and the European Union owing to hazardous rules. (If the shipment includes a battery, the EU ships it via maritime freight via JetCarrier. This can take 6-8 weeks and is not tracked once it leaves the United States).

UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. They will still attempt to do so if a PO Box address is provided, if it is one with shipping services, shop. The customer is responsible for providing an address capable of receiving the shipment ordered. You can have the package sent to a UPS or FedEx location for local collection if necessary, or divert it there if it is already in transit.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable carriers to ensure safe and fast delivery, and you will receive a tracking number to trace your shipment’s progress. We ship using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local courier services (where appropriate).

We will provide tracking as soon as it ships, and Fedex Freight will contact you to book the actual delivery appointment as soon as it arrives at the target terminal. Unfortunately, Fedex Freight is the fastest courier we have discovered for shipping our Surron ebikes.

All high-value packages demand a signature. The customer is responsible for providing an address that can receive the shipment and have it signed for. Generally, for hazmat and high-value shipments, you should avoid using a PO Box as the address unless it is a corporate-managed PO Box with concierge services, which allows the concierge to sign for the box on your behalf.

International Shipping

We provide worldwide air and ocean freight to all EU nations, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our international delivery for 1-3 units/ebikes take only 6-8 days, depending on your region.

International shipping for orders of more than three units takes 14-20 days to reach your location. This delivery schedule applies to all of our dealers, resellers, and bulk/wholesale buyers.

We handle all international customs (fees) for our Dealers, Resellers, and Wholesale customers in any region of the world. We promise that you receive your order on time and in good condition, with no fuss.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 24-month (2-year) limited warranty on all goods, which covers material costs for repairs or replacement of defective parts or accessories under regular use and maintenance. This warranty is valid for two years from the date the item was purchased from our store. In addition, we have a specialized support staff (technicians) that are accessible 24/7 to assist you with any concerns related to any item purchased from us.

SUR-RON USA offers a one-year prorated guarantee on batteries. During the first year of service, any damaged batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the client. A repaired or replaced battery will have the same guarantee duration as when it was originally purchased. No financial reimbursement will be provided. Only we can assess and determine whether batteries are defective.

We are not a rental store, and we strongly suggest you to do your own research before purchasing from us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic flaw (such as a scratch or chip in the paint), we will try to negotiate a reasonable price; but, this does not qualify for warranty replacement or return.

Exclusions include normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chains, brake components, and suspension valving), as well as abuse or failure caused by accidents, crashes, or neglect. Misuse also includes changing the wiring or inserting non-original parts, as well as utilizing it for racing. Any incorrect charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are transferable, and you must present proof of purchase from us to receive warranty replacement.
